Refund & Return Policy

At Oh Silky UAE, we are committed to providing high-quality abayas and perfumes. In line with the UAE Consumer Protection Law, we offer a clear and fair refund and return policy outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

– The item arrived damaged, defective, or faulty

– You received the wrong product

– The item has not been worn, washed, altered, or used

– The item is returned in original condition, with tags and packaging

Note: Opened perfumes cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety regulations in the UAE.

Non-Returnable Items:

– Opened or used perfumes

– Customized or altered abayas

– Items without original packaging

– Sale/clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)

Return Process

Provide your order number, photos, and a brief explanation

Our team will respond within 24–48 hours

Once approved, we will provide the return address within the UAE.

Refunds

– Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item

– Refunds are issued to the original payment method

– Shipping fees are non-refundable

– If the return is due to our mistake, we cover the return shipping cost

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.
